11月にお会いした、A社のBです。
Cから連絡がいっているかと思いますが、デザインコンテストの締切が1/31までとなりました。
そこで、貴学の生徒に、もう一度締め切り日が変更になったことと、たくさんの生徒さんからの応募を待っていると、すぐに呼びかけていただきたいのですが、ご協力お願いできますでしょうか。

また、生徒が描いた絵を、先生のところでいったんとりまとめていただけると助かりますが、
可能でしょうか？1/31にCが取りにいきます。

As C informed you, the deadline of the design contest is fixed on Jan.31.
So I hope you could announce the change of the deadline and we want many applicants to your student asap but could you do this for me please?

And if you could have all of the drawings of the students once but is it ok?
C will go to pick them up on Jan.31.
