私は電話で英語を話す事ができないので、メールで返信させていただきます。

私は売り上げの受け取り口座にworldfirstを利用していますが、口座を証明する為の書類はもらっていません。
その代わりに、メールもしくは管理サイトで銀行口座の証明をする事ができます。
それはどのような方法で提出すれば良いですか？
メールもしくは管理サイトのスクリーンショットで良ければすぐに提出する事ができます。
