The item under $20 doesn't come with tracking number.
You can put it by additional $5.

Economy int'l Shipping is shipped by AiR.
It takes about 2 to 4 weeks.
When delivery takes time, Standard Int'l Shipping stored in post office will be shipped by EMS.
It takes a week or 2.

If item is arrived with damage please tell that to post office.
Otherwise it takes time to refund or sending substitute item.
