Ohhhhhhhhh man that cannot be. I have shipped this model already 8x to date worldwide, and all models has arrived well.

I don’t understand WHY you receive the models with damaged.

I will contact BBR to look what can we do here, and will inform you.

でも、同じモデルの商品を2回送付いたしません。破損した商品を受け取ることもありうるからです。
