クレジットカード会社に決裁の依頼を行いましたが、決裁出来ないと回答がありました。
回答は以下の通りです。
貴社から送信されたカード決裁情報が暗号化されていない、もしくは貴社から送信されたカード決裁情報のセキュリティ証明が不正なため、セキュリティチェックエラーが発生しています。
セキュリティチェックエラーのため、クレジットカード会社に売上情報が届いていません。
したがって、クレジットカード会社は決裁出来ません。
貴社は、カード決裁システムを修正し、再度、カード決裁を行ってください

Though I asked the credit card company to approve, I was informed that they could not.
The following is their response:
The sales information has not reached the credit company due to either of the following reasons:
the card approval information from you was not encrypted; the security certification regarding
the card approval information from you was wrong; the serucity check error is arising.
The sales information has not reached the credit company due to the security check error.
Therefore the credit card company cannot approve.
You amend the credit approval system and pay by credit card again.
