こんにちは。ebayは勘違いしているのかもしれません。アメリカのセラー以外は、返送料のラベルを発行できないのです。そういった仕組みがないようです。これはebayのジャパンカスタマーにも確認しましたので正しい情報だと思います。私は日本のセラーなので返送ラベルを作れません。
ですのでpaypalから返送料を先にあなたに送金します。
返送料がいくらかかるかをお知らせください。その金額にpaypal手数料を加算して送金します。
お手数ですが、私の住所を記載して返送いただけませんでしょうか？

I think ebay may misunderstand. Only sellers in the US can issue a return shipping label. Ebay in other countries does not have such a system. I'm positive this is a correct info as I confirmed it with ebay Japan Customer Service. Thus, I, being a seller in Japan, am not in the position to issue a return labe.
Here is how I would like to respond with the situation. First, I will send you the return cost through Paypal.
Please let me know how much the return costs. I will add the handling fee for Paypal to the amount and send it to you.
Then, would you please return the item with my address on the package?
