私は○○という売り手からこの商品を4個注文し、それらを受け取りました。しかしそのうち2個がバルクパッケージで、リテールパッケージや説明書がついていませんでした。写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。私は売り手に連絡をしました。しかし売り手は「商品はカタログと同じものなので、返金もしないし交換もしない」と回答がありました。私は日本に住んでいます。商品を返送するにしても送料を負担しなくてはいけません。どのように対処すればいいかアドバイスをいただけますでしょうか。ご連絡お待ちしてます

I have purchased 4 pieces of this item from the seller called ○○ and I received them.
But 2 of them were bulk packed and no retail package and instruction provided.
I attached photo, so please check it.
I contacted the seller but he/she said "Your item is same as catalog, so I do not accept any refund or replacement. "
I live in Japan, so if I could send back those items, I have to pay the delivery fee for it.
Would you give advice on how to deal with this?
