返品商品について

次の商品については、本日、お客様から返品され、全額返金されたとの連絡がありました。

・

返品された商品については、アマゾンのFBA販売商品としては「販売不能商品」とされています。
また、その理由としては、お客様がダメージを与えたこととされています。

この場合、お客様が損害金をお支払いいただくことになるのではないかと考えております。
また、損害を受けた商品は、当店で引き取り、処分することになるのでしょうか。
至急調査の上、回答をお願いします。

Regarding: Returned item

I was informed today that the product below had been returned from the customer and refund had been made.

The returned item is noted as a "defected for sale" for Amazon's FBA merchandise, and the reason of it was the damage caused by the customer.

In this case, I believe the customer is responsible for the damage and payment. As for the item, do I need to take it back in order to discard?

Please investigate the issue and respond to me as soon as possible.
