パッドを刺せば自動的に認識してドライバもインストールされる筈ですがパッドをさして、新しいデバイスが見つかったといったようなメッセージは表示されましたか？
されていれば自動的にインストールされコントロール パネル\ハードウェアとサウンド\デバイスとプリンターの所に追加されている筈です
