本日EMSに直接問い合わせたところ、どうやら郵送トラブルで集配所に商品が滞っていることがわかりました。
日本では郵送トラブルがほとんど起きないので問題発見が遅れました。
大変申し訳御座いません。
本日税関に流すよう再度手続きをしましたので、明日には追跡番号が機能すると思われます。
到着まで5-7日程お待ちください。

As I made an arrangement for sending it to customs again today, the tracking number will be reflected tomorrow. May I ask you a patience for 5 to 7 days?
