梱包に不備などはなかったですか？
気に入っていただいて私もとても嬉しいです。
依頼を頂いていたハードケースを見つけたのですが、
中古品でやや使用感があります。ギターを守るという点では問題ないですが、外観を気にされるようであればもう少しお時間を頂くことになります。

I had found the hard case that you have requested before, but it is a second hand's item and slightly have the 'been used' feeling. I need more time if you are concerned about the appearance,however there is no issue for the item to protect the guitar.
