またavex移籍前のSONY時代の1stシングル「HERE WE GO feat. VERBAL (m-flo)」なども収録予定。このCDでMay J.のライブを今すぐに誰でも楽しめる１枚に仕上がっている。

注目なのは、ファンの間で人気が高い「ありがとう」のニュー・バージョンや、May J.本人が出演するカネボウ化粧品「コフレドール」CMソング（11月末より放送中）「So Beautiful」、新たな魅力を覗かせる「My Sweet Dreams」という新曲も追加されている点。
