下記の日本郵便のトラッキングサイトで確認したところ、シドニーのEMS局には3/23には到着していますが、まだ未配送となっております。
お手数で申し訳ありませんが、あなたのお住いの最寄りの郵便局に、下記のトラッキング番号をお伝えしていただき、到着がいつごろになるかお問合せいただけませんか？　国外からの問い合わせの場合、確認にかなりの日数がかかってしまうらしく、受取人から問合せいただくのが一番早い確認方法です。

I am very sorry the product has not arrived yet. I am so sorry for making you wait.
I verified the package arrived at the Sydney EMS office on 3/23 via the Japanese Postal Service tracking website below. But, it showed the package was undelivered.
I am sorry, but are you able to go to the nearest post office and ask them when the package will be delivered by giving them the tracking number below? It seems it will take a considerable number of days to verify package delivery for foreign inquiries.
The fastest way to verify delivery would be by the person receiving the package.
