I am so sorry to hear about the damages that have happened to the horn. With all my credibility on Ebay and elsewhere, I can tell you that these damages that you described happened during shipping. When I shipped the horn to you, it was in great shape and playing conditions.

Here is what I would like to do: Please take some pictures of the damages that you mentioned and send them to me at [e-mail] . If the pictures confirm your claim, I will send you $1000 to have the horn repaired--no questions asked.

I have good feedback as a seller and buyer and won't do anything stupid or deceitful to hurt my credibility.
