こんにちは。今週前半に商品を受け取りたかったとのことですが、paypalのお支払いがecheckの為、決済がペンディング状態になっています。
（お急ぎで商品が必要な場合は、echeckは決済までに時間がかかるのでお勧めできません）
決済完了予定は2/18ですので明後日くらいです。
paypalからは決済完了するまで発送しないようにと言われておりますので、まだ発送しておりません。
こちらのお取引はキャンセルご希望ということでよろしいでしょうか？

Good day. I heard that you wanted to receive the item in the early part of this week.
However, as payment via Paypal is under the status of "echeck", the
settlement is pending.
(If you need the item immediately, I cannot recommend it since it takes time if you use the echeck.)
As the settlement is going to be completed on February 18th, it is the day after tomorrow.
As Paypal asked me not to send the item until completion of the settlement, I have not sent it yet.
Do I understand that you would like to cancel this transaction?
