あなたが30ドルの費用を費やしたことは判りました。以前その旨お知らせ頂いてますので。但し今回の取引は商品に問題はなく輸送上のトラブルです。あなたが郵便局へダメージレポートを提出する手続きを取って、完了連絡さえくれれば、補償が受けられます。そうすれば私は何らかの対応（一部返金など）を取ることが出来ますが、何もない状態で返金等の対応には応じられません。何度もお伝えすることになってしまうのですが、ダメージレポート提出の協力をお願いします。外装に汚れはありますが中はきれいな状態です。

I understand that you had to pay $30 as you had already informed of it before.
However, this is not a problem with the product itself but the transportation. If you submit a damage report to the post office and let me know when it's finished, you will receive compensation for the damage.
