アイテムの写真を見ました。
頑丈なアクリルのケースが割れているのでは使い物にならないと判断して
保険の請求をしました。

配送業者に壊れていたと報告して頂きたいのです。
その報告が無いと、後日調査になってしまい返金までに時間がかかるのが普通です。

そこで当店の判断で、キャンセルオーダーに応じて下さい。
即、全額返金されます。

保険の請求は取り下げないので、アイテムの処分等は一カ月待って下さい。
