早速のお返事ありがとうございます。この液が非毒性で無害であることは理解できました。ですがメールに添付しました写真でもおわかりになると思いますが、商品から液が漏れパッケージや説明書が濡れてしまっています。これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも商品の仕様上このような液漏れはおこってしまうのでしょうか？受け取りました商品の中には液漏れしていないものもたくさんあります。液漏れが商品の不具合によるものなのか、それとも仕様上おこりうることで問題ないのか、ご回答お待ちしています。

Thank you for your quick reply. I understood that this liquid is not poisonous and is harmless. As you see, however, from the photo that I have attached in my email, the liquid spilt from the product and the package and instruction manual were all wet. Does this happen because of product defect or the way the product was made? There are a lot of them that were delivered to me without any spills. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the cause of the spills.
