前回もお伝えしていた通り、3/4gサイズの商品の色が悪く、4/5gサイズ の色と全く違う色合いになってしまっているためクレーム多発しています。
販売していた 3/4gサイズの商品の大半が返品となり戻ってきており、残りの販売商品も会社の信頼を損なう恐れがあるため商品を自主回収を行いました。これにより多額の損害が出てしまっています。
このままでは私たちも安心して商品を販売する事ができないので、商品の製造工程や添加物の使用量など、再度打ち合わせする必要があると考えています。

As I told you last time, color of the item by size 3/4 grams is not good and it is different from color by 4/5 grams. For this reason, we receive a number of claims.
As most of the items by size 3/4 grams that we have sold have been returned,
we might lose our trust in regard with remaining items.
Then we collected them, and as a result, suffered a great loss.
As we cannot continue to sell without worrying under this kind of situation,
we have to discuss manufacturing process of the items and volume of additives used again.
