名前と住所変更の用紙は全て私達が作った方がいいですか？それとも貴方が作ってそれに署名とスタンプを押した方がいいですか？出来るなら貴方が書類を作ってサインする方が間違いがないと思います。輸出の書類はこの問題をクリアーするまでまだ貴方に送らない方がいいですか？

Should we prepare the paperwork concerning the change in the name and address? Or, would you prefer to prepare it accompanied by your signature and stamp? If possible it's better for you to prepare and sign it. Should I refrain from sending you the documents on the export till the issue is resolved?
