押出成形に成功しました

3月に製品化に着手してからこれまで約10ヶ月もの間、廃棄古紙が主原料の新素材MAPKAの押出成形に取り組んでまいりましたが、ついに成功いたしました！

これでようやく第一関門の突破です。

しかし、開発のハードルはこれで終わりではありません。次なる課題はどのようにして穴の中に芯を挿入し、接着するかという点です。MAPKAの成分と色芯の成分は異なるため接着剤の選定が難しく、また効率的な加工方法を検討する必要があるのです。

We have succeeded in extrusion molding.

For about 10 months from the start of productization in March, the next challenge is how to put the core into the hole and adhere. The component of MAPKA and of the color core are different, and so selection of adhesive is difficult, therefor an efficient processing method should be needed to consider.
