どの箇所が提出した書類と違うのかをご指摘下さい。私自身のことなので間違っている箇所は無いはずです。
最初、○○がPrimary Contact Person Informationでしたが、彼女は部署が移動になり、社長の私自身がPrimary Contact Person Informationとして実務を執ることになりました。それについては、アマゾンカスタマーへ既に連絡済みです。一体、いつになったらアカウントが再開されるのですか?認証にそんなに何ヶ月もかかるのですか?

Please point out where you think different from the documents I submitted. This is all about myself which I don't think there is no mistake.
First, OO was the Primary Contact Person Information but she was sent to different department so now I, the president is in charge of Primary Contact Person Information.
I already told the Amazon customer service.
When will the account be opened again?
Does it take that long to recognize?
