届いた商品は注文した商品と型番が違うし、色もブラックであるはずが裏側だけシルバーである。なので不良品である。
そのことを売り手側に伝えたところ、売り手は商品を送り返せば送料込みで全額返金に応じると言っていたが、商品を送り返しても返金してもらえない。
商品はＥＭＳで送り返し、その時の追跡番号はEG150650545JPです。
私が支払った商品代金＋送料は、204ドルです。204ドルの返金を要求します。

The merchandise I recieved has a different model number from what I ordered, also the color of the lining should be black but it is silver. It's safe to say this is defective merchandise.
I told this much to the vender, and the vendor's response was to say that I could send the merchandise back and recieve a full refund including the shipping charges, but though I have sent the merchandise back, I was not given a refund.
The merchandise was sent back by EMS, and that tracking number is EG150650545JP.
With the charge of the merchandise plus shipping, I paid $204. I firmly request a refund of $204.
