yyokobaさんありがとうございます。簡単なミスをしてしまいました。 あと、「お伺いしたいのですが、強く返金を求めているのは、税関から連絡を受けてませんか？」の部分なのですが、日本語の意味が理解できていなかったのかもしれません。(相手側が）強く返金を求めている件について、まだ税関からの連絡を受けていませんか？という意味だったのでしょうか？読めば読むほど混乱します。もしyyokobaさんがよろしければ英語でいい例を教えてください。そこからくみ取ってみます。
