Primary Contact Person Informationの項目をプロバイドしたいのですが、日付の欄をクリックしても、

I would like to provide the Primary Contact Person Information but the cursor won't change into input mode even when I click on the date column. How do I input the information? I got a final notice from Amazon to provide the information so I need to know quickly.
