I have a serious situation, the package is missing, though it shown delivered in record. The neighbors and the apartment office do not have it. My guess is that maybe the package get a wrong record in system. I am going to ask the post office tomorrow.
The thing I need you tell me is that, did you send this package and asking for receiver's sign? If this package is not required to be signed, there might be a chance that the post office pre-sign the package and forgot to deliver it.

深刻な問題があります。荷物が行方不明で、しかも記録上では配達済と表示されています。
近所の人たちも、アパートの管理人も荷物は受けとっていません。
システム上、荷物の記録が間違えて記録されているんではないかと思っています。
明日、郵便局に尋ねてみます。

教えて頂きたいことは、荷物は送っていただいたかどうか、あと受取人のサインを聞いたかどうかです。
この荷物がもし受取人のサインを必要とされていないのであれば、郵便局側でひとまずサインをし、荷物の配達を忘れている可能性があります。
