I am attaching the scanned images of invoice from EMS and sender's copy. Shipping cost ￥4,150 written on the invoice and insurance fee ￥150, total ￥4,300 is the fee of EMS to send you this time. ￥69,000 written under ￥150 is the price of the item to be covered by insurance.
