We had contacted our technical team and we have been informed that the order was charged a shipping of $6.19 per unit due to an override.

A shipping override template has been uploaded from your seller account on 23 January 2014 at 22:00:00 PST enforcing that indicates that shipping of $6.19 has to be charged on the SKU: B00005HL0PUS2DV
for Expedited orders from US Protectorates. Since Puerto Rico is considered as a part of US protectorate, a shipping of $6.19 was charged on the order.

When you upload a shipping override file, it overrides your default shipping settings. If you would like to delete this override, on this SKU, open the file you used to create the override, enter Delete in the UpdateDelete column for the ASIN, and re-upload the file.

If you do not have the file you used to create the override for this ASIN, you can remove the override by creating another override for this product. For the new override, Enter the SKU, Currency, and ShipOption, and then enter &0" as the ShippingAmt and Additive as the Type.
