連絡をいただいた送料の件ですが、まずは商品を送る前に実際にかかる送料を連絡ください。実際に掛かる送料が$13.32以下の場合でも返金の必要はありませんが、逆に$13.32を大幅に超えるような送料の場合、キャンセルを検討します。

Regarding the shipping fee you contacted me about. First before you ship the product, please let me know how much the actual shipping cost is going to be. If it is under $13.32, then there is no need to do a refund, but if the shipping fee is way over $13.32, then I will consider canceling the order.
