6月６日に到着した商品ですが、身体用ヘッドが動作しなくなりました。
ヘッドについては３ヶ月保証と伺っているので替えのヘッドを送っていただけますでしょうか
保証期間であることを証明するためのFedexの追跡記録は以下です。

交換が必要であれば先にヘッドを返品するので
送り先を教えてください。
替えのヘッドは以下の住所へ送ってください。
