購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。

しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか？」と返事だった。

彼からの返事は「我が国の税関が情報をくれない」というものだったが、ついに５月２７日に保管期限が過ぎ、私に荷物が返送された！　この嘘つきを何とかして欲しい。

There was a problem with 40 T-shirts that I ordered. so I have asked for return and the sellerr has accepted RMA. I have shipped the items by EMS on 20th of May and registered the carrier and tracking number on eBay. The parcel has arrived at the custom on 23rd of May.

But because the parcel has been stayed at the custom, I inquired about it to EMS. Their answer was " It might be because the receiver is refusing to pay the tax."

Although the answer from receiver was " the custom of our country doesn't give us information.", the retention period was over on 27th of May and the parcels has been sent back to me! Please do something with this liar.
