注文商品に関して不便をお掛けしすいません
まず初めに税関による荷物の保持や関税の問題は我々のコントロール外の問題である事をご理解下さい
しかし20ポンドの関税というのは高すぎるように私も感じますが請求内容が分からないため何故そうなったのか我々もお答え出来ませんのでこの点は税関にお問い合わせ下さい
もしあなたが全額返金を望むのなら荷物の受取拒否をして頂き我々の元に商品が返ってきてからとなります
また商品を受け取って頂き送料だけを返金する事は可能ですのでどちらが良いかご検討下さい

We firstly ask for your kind understanding that it is out of our control that customs hold baggages or custom affairs might occur.
Although we also feel that £20 of customs is too expensive, we do not know the details of the bill and why that turned out like that. So please ask the customs about that.
If you would like us to refund the full price, we will do so after you refuse to receive the product and it returns to us.
