こんにちは。

私はこの商品を転送会社を使用して日本に転送しようとしました。

しかし関税で医療機器になるので輸入ができないと言われてしまい、
止められている状況です。

そこで提案があるのですが、
１、ebayの手数料分と送料をお支払いするのでキャンセル。
２、一度商品を戻すので、品名を変更して再度発送する。

どちらか協力してもらえないだろうか？

I tried to received this item in Japan through a transfer company.

However, the custom office stopped the process of transfer as medical instruments are not permitted to import.

So, I have a few suggestions:
1. Will you let me cancel the order if I pay the cost of handling charge for eBay and the shipping cost.
2. Once I return the item, will you reship the item after changing the name of the item?

Would you please help me out?
