TSが、SPとしてサービスを提供するために、共用機としてIAを購入致しました。TSのサービス先のユーザとして、A様が利用する事を提案活動当初よりTSより聞いていたため、私の方で提案活動をTSチームと共同で実施致しました。

A様がIAを使ったTS提供サービスを利用する事が確定しましたので、
EAMが本件のCreditを受けるため、例外クレジット申請致します。

なお、TSの本サービス担当営業の田中様から、A様がサービス利用する事実をEvidenceを頂きましたので本申請に添付致します。

TS, in order to provide services as SP, purchased the IA as a common oppurtunity. As a user of the TS's service, because Mr A has asked to TS a first activity proposal about its use, from my part I have carried out the proposal activity in collaboration with the TS team.

Since it was confirmed that Mr A used the TS's provided services IA,
EAM, to receive this case Credit, will request exception credit.

In addition, from Mr Tanaka, the one in charge of the previous TS services sale, because there is evidence that Mr A has utilized the service, he will attaches the original application.
