第２条（使用目的）
① 乙は本件建物を販売の事務所として使用し、その他の目的に使用してはならない。
② 乙は事務所を原状のまま使用するものとし、事務所または造作の模様替えの必要を生じた場合は、あらかじめ甲の書面による許可を得て行ない、明け渡しの際は自責をもって原状に復するか或いは無償にて残置するものとする。

Article 2 (purpose of use)
① Second Party shall use this building only as a sales office and not for other purposes.
② Second Party must maintain a current condition of the office. If the office is required to be remodeled or reformed, the written permission by First Party is needed in advance. When Second Party moves out of office, he(she) must restore it on his (her) own responsibility or leave it as it is without compensation.
