躾とは、決められたことを正しく守るための習慣付けを行うこと

5S is an acronym of "Sorting" "Set-in-Order" "Shining" "Standardizing" "Sustaining the Discipline".
This campaign has been addressed for the purpose of safety and quality improvement in producing departments, and a basic action for getting ahead with their works.

"Sorting" means to deal with a disorganized work space and form an orderly state.
First of all, distinguish essential and non-essential things.
Next, put aside non-essential ones.
Organize only essential ones orderly.
"Sustaining the Discipline” means to accustom everyone to follow set rules and procedures.
