Q1で年間予算の半分の実績を上げました。チーム全員が一丸となって、お客様と交渉しQ2からの前倒しに成功したからです。
Q2は既存のカードシステムのDR化で、Q1に導入した残りの部分を提案します。主にTCによる設計・構築作業です。DCが新しくなるので、ケーブル敷設等のTSビジネスもあります。その後、Q3では現在提案を進めている百貨店のDRを受注します。またLYNCなどのコミュニケーションツールも導入予定です。Q4では、クラウド化とオムニチャネルを本格化させます。

At Q1 we have achieved the half of annual budget. It's because we team united and have negotiated the customers, and been successful in ahead of schedule from Q2. At Q2 we will change existing card system to DR, and propose the rest of what we introduced at Q1.It means Mainly design and build work by TC. DC becomes new ,so there is also TS business such as cable laying etc. Then at Q3, we will receive the order of DR for department store which we are currently prompting to propose. And also we are planning to introduce the communication tools such as LYNC etc. At Q4, we will regularize to use Cloud system and Omni channel.
