ヒータコアでは、エンジン冷却水の一部が流れており、空調風を加熱できる。
暖機後、エンジン冷却水は約80℃になり、これを熱源として空調風を加熱する。
風量によりますがヒータコア通過後の空調風は50～60℃になる。
エアミックスドア位置（開度といいます）により、ヒータコアへの配風比率を変更できる。
この開度設定により、ヒータコアを通過する空調風と、ヒータコアを通過しない空調風の比率を設定できる。
こうして設定した温度の空調風がつくられることになる。

At Heater core, part of the Engine cooling water is flowing there, so it's able to heat air conditioning wind.
After warm-up, engine cooling water becomes about 80°,and as a heat source it heat heats the air conditioning wind.
Although It depends on the amount of wind, the air conditioning wind becomes 50° to 60° after passing through the heater core.
By the Air mix door position(it means "opening"), it is possible to set the ratio of air distribution to heater core.
By this opening setting, it is possible to set the ratio of air distribution which pass through the heater core and not.
In this way air conditioning wind of the set temperature is made.
