一見良く似た数字や順列の見間違い。
見間違いやすい数字や記号の対策は、どうすればいいか。
品番確認の誤りを減らすには継続してトレーニングをするしかない。
それゆえ品番確認トレーニングを行い、それぞれの結果を踏まえ指導を受け、弱点を克服していく必要ある。
生産、検査、生産管理等品番確認にたずさわる全員がより「正確な仕事」をしていくため、計画的にトレーニングを行い、品質意識の高揚を図る事が重要です。速さより正確さ！
品番を見易くするために文字の大きさを３倍にする！
Reading training for P/No.
Misjudgement of numbers or permutations which are very similar at a glance.
How can we work out a countermeasure of numbers or signs which are easy to misjudge.
Only to reduce the mistake of P/No. we have to keep training.
Therefore we are required to take P/No. check training, receive the guidance based on each result and overcome our weak points.
To do more "precise work" by all the people who take part in P/No. like production, inspection, production management etc., train systematically and strive for uplift of quality awareness are important. Accuracy is more important than quickness!
Do letter size as 3 times as big to be easy to see P/No.!
