２．約束をきちんと守る
部下を始め相手と約束したことは、些細なことでも必ず守ること。当たり前のことを当たり前にできるかということだ。守れない場合は、事前承諾をいただくこと。
３．明るく振る舞う
笑顔と感謝の気持ちを持って、部下や取引先と接すること。笑う門には福来る、常に笑顔が絶えない職場作りを心がけること。
