Delivery Time 10- 15 daysについて質問があります。

10- 15 daysというのは、発送までがその期間という事ですか？
それとも10- 15 daysに日本に商品が到着するという事になりますか？

現在は手元に在庫がない状態ですか？

I have a question regarding the delivery time of 10 - 15 days.

Does it mean that the item will be shipped out within the period of 10 - 15 days?
Or does it mean that the item will arrive in Japan within 10 - 15 days?

Do you not currently have items in stock?
