当社で検討した所、紹介頂いた薬剤には、Aが含まれており、Aは、B法にて毒物に指定されていることから、安全と環境の観点から、当社では配管の表面への施工は、残念ながら出来ません。
また、計測器Cを調査した所、D電位を計測して、被膜(Film)の存在を簡易的に確認するものであって、腐食発錆の有無を予見するE電位を計測するものでなく、また、このD電位とE電位との相関性も無いので、これを腐食発錆の有無を予見するクライテリアに使用することは適切でないと考えます。

Moreover, when we investigate with the measurement instrument C, by measuring D electrical potential, it measures the existence of Film indirectly so it is not measuring E electrical potential which predicts the starting of the corrosion and there is not correlation between electrical potential D and electrical potential E so it is not proper to use this measurement equipment for the criteria that predicts the starting of the corrosion.
