購入頂いた商品はアメリカから取り寄せになるため納期が大幅に送れることが発覚しました。私がお客様に提案したいのは、同じモデルのxxでしたらすぐに用意ができるということです。写真を添付しますので確認ください。以下がスペックです。

I have found out that the product you have purchased will be delayed greatly as it has to be ordered from the US. What I would like to suggest is that the same model xx will be ready for shipping right away. Please see the attached photo. The specs are as follows:
