昨日、商品が2個届きましたが、元箱がついていませんでした。私はこの商品を日本で販売する為、元箱が必要なので、送ってもらえませんでしょうか？
無ければ説明と違うので、1個につき15ドルの返金をpaypalを通して要求します。
あと1個も同じように元箱が無ければ、3個で45ドルの返金を要求します。

Yesterday, 2 goods arrived, but there was no original case. I think because the goods were sold to Japan, so ,the original cases are necessary, so may I get them?
If there was no original case, that means the goods are different from explanation, and I require 15 dollars as refund by paypal.
And there will be another on, if it is the same situation, I require 45 dollars total as refund.
