Hi there,
Take the underbit and the top of.
Move the pendulum and move the clock slightly to the right or left untill
the clock keeps running, the click to the left and right should sound smouthly.
The clock keeps than running but is not hanging level.
To get the clock hanging level you should press that peace of iron behind the movement
what is moved by the pendulum very slightly to the left or right and move the clock accordingly.
(its not fixed, a sping keeps that at place)

こんにちは。
一番下にあたる部分とその上にある部分を取り外してください。
振り子を動かしてみて、時計が完全に作動し続けるまで、時計を右へ左へと少しずつゆっくり動かしてください。左と右へ揺れ動く際のクリック音はなめらかな音であることを確認してください。
時計は作動し続けますが、ぶら下がって作動している状態ではありませんね。
ぶら下がった状態で作動させるには、振り子によって動く部分の後ろにある鉄の部位を少し左と右方向に押してみて、時計を動く状態にしてみてください。
（バネ部分により定位置に保っているだけで、これで修繕できた訳ではないですが。）
