Of course, there are other AR-OCR translation app options for Android, such as CamTranslator (with which I’m not very pleased), and the upcoming Pleco (which is now in private beta testing, and works fantastically). At the moment, I think Pleco is still more powerful and accurate – but it’s hard to argue with a major web firm giving you free stuff. Try out QQ Hui Yan at the Labs page link above.

もちろん、Android には他にも AR-OCR 翻訳アプリが存在する。CamTranslator (筆者はあまり気に入っていないが) や、近く登場予定の Pleco (現在プライベートベータテスト中だが素晴らしい動作だ) である。現時点では、Pleco がより強力で正確ではないかと筆者は考えているが、ウェブ企業に無料のものを期待するのもなかなか難しいだろう。上記のリンクの QQ Labs のページで QQ Hui Yan を試してみてほしい。
