購入者から返金依頼のメッセージが何度も来ています。私はこの商品について適切に返金手続きを行い、アマゾンからもすでに返金処理が行われているはずだと何度か伝えましたが、購入者は返金を受けていないと主張しています。
私はアマゾンから返金処理開始のメールを受け取っており、管理画面でも返金処理がされたことが確認できます。
この件について一度調べて購入者に説明して頂けますか?比較的高額(720.44USD)なので、もし本当に購入者が返金を受けていないのであれば心配なのは理解できます。
I have received a number of requests for refunds from the same customer multiple times. I have already gone through the refund process on Amazon, and have told the customer many times that the refund process has been completed. However, the customer has insisted that he has not received the refund.
I have received an e-mail from Amazon regarding the initiation of the refund process. Furthermore, I have confirmed from my Amazon management interface that the refund has indeed been completed.
Regarding this case, would you please investigate it once more and explain to the customer? Since it is a higher amount in price (720.44USD), if the customer really did not receive the refund, I can understand why he is so worried.
