We will add the tracking information from the label into your case in the Resolution Center so that you can also track the shipment of the returned item. The seller's return address will also be uploaded to your case details.
You have until September 13, 2011 to use the shipping label. We want you to be aware of the exact date of when you can only use the shipping label to avoid the case from being closed and not getting your refund.
Once we have confirmation that the item has been delivered, we’ll refund you for the cost of the item plus original shipping in 48 hours which will be sent to your original funding source after the case is closed (as long as the seller hasn't issued you a refund).
