The item has arrived, but it was not as expected. The item arrived and is not as decribed on the detail page. The decription shows "Japanese automatic movement"but it is not Japanese made it is Malaysian made which is also not as decribed. The item also says that there is a 2 year warranty on the item but the warranty that customer received shows that the warranty is only covered in japan which does customer no good. The customer would like to have the item that he paid for but if this is not possible please refund the customer completely and send instructions on how to return item.Please respond to the customer regarding this issue as soon as possible.

その商品が届きましたが私の思っていたものとは違いました。その商品は届きましたが説明が詳細ページにありませんでした。説明書には(日本製自動操作)とありましたが実際マレーシア製であり説明と異なっています。その商品には2年間の保証書がついていましたがそれは日本国内限定でお客様にとっては良くありません。お客様は支払われた商品を持ちたいようですがもしこれが不可能であればどのように返品したら良いかというマニュアルと全額返金をお願い致します。お客様には早めのご連絡をお願い致します。
