商品の状況につきまして東京国際交換局に問い合わせましたところ、日本時間の12日の昼ごろに発っており、おそらくすでに貴国に到着してると思われますが、クリスマスシーズンで多くの荷物が行き交っており、貴国ドイツにて荷物の処理が非常に遅れているそうです。

I inquired Tokyo international exchange office about the item, they say that it left Japan on 12th in the afternoon with Japanese time, so it probably is already in your country but due to this Christmas season, lots of stuff are going abd coming as well which makes them busy and delay in Germany.
Please be patient and wait little bit more.
